How Can A Digital Humidity Meter Say About The Weather Of A Climate?

Weather of a particular place says how cold or hot a place is. A climate of a place can be defined as weather of a place for a period of time. There are many factors that affect the climate of a place. The important factors are
  • Global wind patterns: There are 3 major patterns in each of the hemispheres. They show a seasonal effect but not for a particular day. Wind speed and direction can be measured by hot wire anemometer. It measures the speeds in knots. And its wings show the direction of flow of wind.
  • Humidity: The amount of water vapor in the atmosphere is known as humidity. Humidity above a certain level creates a lot of discomfort for people. A digital humidity meter is used to measure humidity of a place. 35-50 percent humidity is considered to be comfortable level.
  • Altitude: As the altitude increases, the place becomes colder. A barometer of an altimeter can be used to measure the altitude.
  • Latitudes and angle of sunrays: The tilt in earth's axis causes the change in angle of sunrays thus the maximum effect can be seen in the Polar Regions. Altitude of a place can be anywhere between 00(at the equator) to 900 (at poles)
  • Geography: People staying closer to sea experience more pleasant climates than the places close to mountains. Winds flowing from sea make the place colder by day end.

There are many other minor factors like rains, disturbances from sea or dessert that influence the weather of a place temporarily.
